The "Villa Bella Vista" is located in the picturesque fishing village of Pisak, in an idyllic hillside location with green terraced gardens and unique sea views. Favorably located between the coastal towns of Split (40 km) and Makarska (20 km), the place offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing and at the same time varied holiday on one of the most beautiful coastline of Croatia. You can look forward to a comfortable villa with private swimming pool and several terraces offering a magnificent view of the blue sea and the island of Brač opposite. The entire property is available for your private use, so you can feel completely undisturbed and enjoy your privacy here.

Villa for 8 persons: about 330 m² spread over four levels. On the top level is the garage, which you can use for free and the entrance to the house from the street. On the top level in the house is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and satellite TV, a balcony with sea view, living room with sofa and desk, air conditioning, heating, a bathroom with corner bath and toilet. In the hallway there is a separate toilet. On the next level is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and heating, a bedroom with double bed and balcony with sea views and air conditioning and heating. A bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible via the corridor. The pebble beach with a cozy restaurant by the sea is located about 800 meters away.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered when booking, stating the breed. Well-behaved dogs are welcome guests here and there are no additional charges.

The rental price includes: parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, electricity, gas and water consumption, air conditioning, heating and there is no deposit to be paid.
